ForgivenessDiary Start a diary and write in it all the people you want to forgive. Start by forgiving yourself. Each time there is an incident that leaves you with unpleasant feelings - write it and let it go!

Make-over When de-cluttering start with one space at a time. Make a list of what needs to change and then prioritise your list so that it is manageable. Each month, try to tick something off your list as complete. Watch the clutter disappear.
