Laughter is good medicine and we should all be prescribed it sometimes to get a better perspective on our world. It can take away pain and sorrow. When our bodies rack with laughter we release stress and worry. It can help us to cope with uncomfortable situation – we all know that we laugh when we find things embarrassing. When we go to the seaside we like to put a coin in and listen to the laughing clown –to makes us laugh. Sometimes, when all is lost the only thing we can do is laugh. It’s good to seek out laughter where you can, and find something to laugh about every day.
