Worry and procrastination are big dream stealers. The more you do these two things the less you achieve. How often do you sit worrying about what you can’t do, whereas if you had just got on with it, you would have achieved it by now? Pursuing your dream takes everyday action and commitment, not worry.

The Bolt effect: by being fast he inspires others to be faster. Although, individually we can’t have the world wide effect that Bolt has – we can all have an effect on our immediate surroundings, our family and our community. Today, know that you too can be effective in so many little ways.

“Worrying gets you nowhere. If you turn up worrying about how you’re going to perform, you’ve already lost. Train hard, turn up, run your best and the rest will take care of itself.”

“Believe in your dreams and that anything is possible.”
