The world is moving at remarkable speed. Are you ready for the change. Sometimes we dream about change. We have an illusion of what it will look like, but when it comes, we find often that it is difficult to handle. How do you nurture yourself so that change don’t disturb you and throw you off course. We can’t always control change, and often it controls us. What do we do when we have to face change that has such a control.

Think about a personal ancestor of yours and consider what changes they went through. How did they cope mentally and physically. Is there anything they did that you can do, any traits you carry from them that may help you to embrace change. Maybe they have something to tell you that will make live more liveable.

“Not everything that is faced can be changed, but nothing can be changed until it is faced.”

James Baldwin: 2nd August 1924 – 1987 (author/social commentator)
